Network Thermostat Releases Cloudmanager™

A REVOLUTIONARY COMMERCIAL / MULTI-FAMILY, MULTI-HVAC MANAGEMENT TOOL

Grapevine, TX, January 27, 2022 – Network Thermostat™, a leading provider of connected thermostat solutions for facility energy management and automation (small businesses, K-12 education, hospitality, multi-family, government, retail and restaurant chains, commercial buildings, and light industrial), announced today it has released CloudManager™, a revolutionary Multi-User HVAC management tool.

For most residential applications, the smart thermostat’s key feature is remote user control.  For optimal performance, commercial and multi-family deployments require centralized control for the HVAC systems. The challenge is, “how to balance the tension between centralized control and individual remote control thermostat access.”

CloudManager™ by Network Thermostat relives that tension allowing our new NetX™ X Series color touchscreen thermostat to be controlled centrally by an administrator or building manager while granting customizable, limited access for users or tenants to control their individual thermostat via our CloudConnect™ service.

“Our CloudManager™ provides the most powerful and flexible HVAC control sharing platform in commercial and multi-family facilities. As a companion to CloudConnect™, CloudManager™ gives building managers and administrators the ability to control and grant access to staff, tenants, contractors, and others. Administrator-defined user levels give access only to those functions required for the user while maintaining central control. The NetX X7 platform controlled by CloudManager™ provides an incredible mixture of elegance, flexibility, power, and simplicity.” Jerry Drew – Founder and CEO

CloudManager™ gives managers or landlords the power to control an unlimited number of thermostats while defining separate multi-level access privileges to staff and tenants. With CloudManager™, building managers can deploy our NetX™ X7 platform to any size facility and any number of properties in their portfolio. Submetering support is also available when multiple tenants are using a common HVAC system.

CloudManager™ is another example of the way Network Thermostat continues to be the leader in HVAC controls for mid-size commercial, industrial, public sector, and multi-family applications.
